A Multi-Phase OR/PACU Completed at Edward Hospital.

NAPERVILLE, IL—The OR/PACU Project was just occupied by Edward Hospital allowing greater surgical volumes and completely modernizing a significant portion of the Surgery Department. The Work was multi-phased construction while Owner-occupied and fully operational; including a new addition, demolition and interior buildout of a portion of the existing Second Floor of the Hospital on the Naperville Campus. This Project created 25 – Phase One Recovery cubicles (3 of which are Isolation), 10 cubicles for an Ambulatory Clinic, 2 ORs plus shell space for 2 future ORs, CSP Holding, Support Facilities, and new Mechanical Penthouse all in approximately 22,500 square feet of renovation.
