Ambulatory Care Center

A growing demand for specialty services prompted two western Michigan Health Systems to create a joint venture to meet the specific medical needs of the local community. The Ambulatory Care Center and Medical Office Building is a 120,000 SF free-standing, full-service outpatient facility located on 12 acres of undeveloped property in western Michigan. The programming, planning and design for the joint venture involved optimizing practice methods, systems and clinical care technologies. This created a highly organized, three-story structure which acts as a template for future growth and development within the context of the lakeshore culture and between healthcare organizations.
