After a review of a cost-benefit analysis for a proposed $85 million phased renovation project, the Owner concluded that a replacement facility would be a more beneficial opportunity.
Multiple sites were evaluated with consideration to green architecture, existing site infrastructure, expandability, and municipal concerns.
Construction for the $120 million, 275-bed hospital has commenced.
The facility will be five stories and consist of 500,000 square feet.
